Ingredients

  • 2 courgettes
  • Spanish ham
  • Semi-soft cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt

Elaboration

Cut the courgettes diagonally to obtain slices of 5-6 cm long and 3 to 5 mm thick.

In a pan with olive oil, sprinkle with salt both sides of the slices of courgette.

Startg the plate with a courgette layer, followed by a layer of ham and cheese. Repeat the process until 3-4 heights, ending with a layer of courgette.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and grill in oven for 5 min.
