- 2 courgettes
- 2 firm tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Chives and/or parsley
Cut the courgettes diagonally to obtain slices of 5-6 cm long and 3 to 5 mm thick.
In a pan with olive oil, sprinkle with salt both sides of the slices of courgette.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and sprinkle with salt both sides.
Serve and add a drizzle of olive oil, some parsley and/or chopped chives.
